Diner Terms of Use
Last updated: October 31, 2026
When you order from a restaurant's website or app powered by OvenGo, these terms apply between you, the restaurant, and OvenGo.
1. Who you are dealing with
Your order is a purchase from the restaurant named on the site. The restaurant prepares your food, sets prices and taxes, and handles refunds. OvenGo provides the technology and is not the seller.
2. Orders and payment
An order is accepted when the restaurant confirms it. Prices, fees, taxes and tips are shown before you pay. Online payments are processed by third-party processors; the restaurant may also offer pay at pickup. Delivery times are estimates.
3. Changes, cancellations and refunds
Contact the restaurant through the order page as early as possible. If an item becomes unavailable the restaurant may remove it and refund its share, or ask you whether to continue. Refunds to cards appear within 5–10 business days.
4. Accounts, loyalty and messages
You can order as a guest or create an account with a verified phone or email. Loyalty points, stamps and rewards have no cash value and may change. Order-status messages are part of your order; marketing texts require your separate consent and follow the SMS Terms.
5. Your conduct
Give accurate contact and delivery details, do not abuse promotions or staff, and do not attempt to interfere with the service.
6. Privacy
How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy, including how to request a copy or deletion of your data.
7. Liability
OvenGo is not responsible for the food, allergens, delivery or conduct of the restaurant or its couriers. To the extent permitted by law, OvenGo's liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.
8. Contact
