Cookies & Local Storage
Last updated: October 31, 2026
We keep this short: OvenGo uses only what is needed to sign you in, keep your cart and protect the service. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Essential cookies
- Session cookies (customer, panel, till, courier, admin) — signed tokens that keep you signed in. Expire after a set time or when you sign out.
- Security — short-lived tokens for manager approvals, payment returns and request-origin checks.
Local storage on your device
- Your cart and the last order you placed (so the tracker bar can show it), cleared after a few hours.
- Your last-used name and phone at checkout, if you ordered as a guest.
- Display preferences such as the till's printer settings.
Third parties
Payment forms from Stripe and sign-in from Google or Apple may set their own cookies under their policies when you use them.
Managing cookies
You can clear cookies and site data in your browser at any time; you will be signed out and your cart emptied.
