OvenGo ("we", "us") provides commission-free online ordering for independent restaurants and the apps that connect diners, restaurants, and couriers. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Contact & order details — name, phone number, email, delivery address, and the items you order, so restaurants can prepare and fulfill your order.
- Payment information — processed securely by our payment partners (e.g. Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
- Location— with your permission, a courier's live location is shared during an active delivery so you can track it. Diners may share their location to autofill a delivery address.
- Device & usage data — basic technical information needed to operate the service and send order notifications.
How we use it
To take and fulfill orders, process payments, send order-status updates and reward messages, provide live delivery tracking, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share order details with the restaurant you order from and, for deliveries, with the assigned courier or delivery provider. We use service providers (payment, SMS, notifications, maps) solely to operate the service.
Your choices
You can turn off notifications and location sharing in your device settings, and request access to or deletion of your data by contacting us.
