What is not included

  • Card-processing fees, charged by your payment processor directly.
  • SMS carrier fees above the included monthly allowance, if any, shown in your dashboard before you are charged.
  • Hardware: terminals, printers and tablets are yours to buy; we list tested models in Support.

Trials and cancellation

New restaurants get a free trial shown at signup. Cancel from Dashboard → Billing; your site stays up until the end of the paid period and you can export your data for 30 days after.
